Andorra, Liechtenstein and Panama

The Ministry of Finance informed that it intends to start negotiations upon the request of Andorra, Liechtenstein and Panama. According to the Ministry, these treaties will provide opportunity to implement OECD-compliant provisions, such as anti-abuse provisions and automatic exchange of information.

Belgium, France, India, Iran and the United States

The Netherlands will continue already initiated talks with Belgium, France, India, Iran and the United States. The aim of the negotiations is a amendment of existing tax treaties or agreeing on new treaties. The treaties aim to avoid double taxation, tax evasion and to reduce the risks of unintended non-taxation and abuse.

The Dutch Ministry of Finance invites interested parties with relevant insight to  contact the Ministry in writing as such information can be used during the negotiations.
